AGE is an Anaheim-based <br /> environmental consulting firm with offices in Fresno and Stockton, California. <br /> 8) , Laboratory results of the soil samples indicated that contamination in the soil had decreased <br /> to approximately 600 ppm. Based upon these results, Mr. Morris obtained bids for the <br /> treatment or disposal of the soil, in accordance with,the "three bid" requirement for the <br /> USTCF. - <br /> 9) AGE is presently preparing a work plan for treatment of,,the soil. If necessary, additional bids <br /> will be obtained for treatment, based upon the work plan prepared by AGE. <br /> li As you can understand, the project has faced several unfortunate delays concerning payment from <br /> the USTCF and payment to the,vendors.. Therefore, options for the project were limited. <br /> AGE has scheduled a meeting with Mr. Morris on 21 August 1995, to discuss the project and present <br /> the work plan for his approval.
