Since the majority of the analyses will <br /> be performed under routine turnaround conditions, the expectant <br /> work schedule is as Follows: <br /> A. Collect soil samples around champagne tank area, submit <br /> samples for analyses and report findings to Guild and the <br /> regulatory agencies: <br /> a Begin field work -- February 4th (dependent on <br /> receiving approval to proceed) <br /> e Submit results - February 7th. <br /> B. Begin more detailed soil assessment work around the tank <br /> excavation area (tentative schedule, actual start--up date <br /> will depend on your formal authorization to begin work) : <br /> e Begin field work -- February 5th <br /> e Complete field work - February 18th <br /> a Complete chemical analyses - March 6th (two weeks) <br /> e C=plete draft investigative report - March 20th <br /> To perform this investigation we will require the following <br /> from Guild Wineries: <br /> e Location of all underground utilities and other subsurface <br /> structures which could interfere with drilling operations <br /> or be damaged during drilling. Failure to locate such <br /> lines or structures and responsibility for any necessary <br /> corrective action or resulting damage will be the <br /> responsibility of Guild Wineries. Underground Service <br /> Alert (USA) (800) 642-2444 provides this service free of <br /> charge for major utility lines. JHK&A will make contact <br /> with USA for a site visit. However, Guild Wineries at the <br /> site must assit USA in their site inspection and supply <br /> their report to JHK&A before site mobilization. <br /> -Any-necessary-permits-such-as-encroachment--permits-onto-- — ,- - - - --- - -- <br /> adjacent streets and if needed, temporary traffic controls <br /> to facilitate drilling operations. . <br />
