J. H. Kleinfelder and
Associates can provide 55 gallon drums and place the soil
into these drums, if requested.
e Adequate access and working space.
PROJECT COST ESTIMATE
Collect soil samples around champagne tank area: $ 3,000
Analyze soil samples (assume 4 at premium) : $ 3,000
Miscellaneous materials and equipment: $ 250
.. It
is intended to assure the regulatory agencies that sufficient
number of samples are to be collected and that we will be prepared
to drill additional borings if required by field observations.
The actual cost of services will be invoiced on e. time and
materi.als basis in accordance with our enclosed 1985 Environmental
—;- - - -Fee--Schedu?p-and-will—not exceed--the--above--cost-estimate—by more
than 15% without proper cause, documentation and prior written
approval from Guild Wineries. .
