SAMPLING AND <br /> REPORTING <br /> ASE is currently under contract to perform quarterly operation and <br /> maintenance (O&M) activities and collect samples and prepare a report <br /> every 3 months to determine the effectiveness of the treatment system <br /> ASE will continue to visit the site periodically to check the performance of <br /> the system, backflush the carbon canisters, if necessary, and repair a n y <br /> problems that arise <br /> ASE will continue to collect influent (pre-treatment) and after air-stripping <br /> water samples every three months for analysis of TPH-G, BTEX, the five <br /> fuel oxygenates, and lead scavengers by EPA Method 8260B ASE will <br /> prepare and issue a report in the following month that details the quarter's <br /> activities <br /> A copy of the quarterly report will go to the property owner, tenants, o u r <br /> client, and the appropriate regulatory agencies <br /> -2- <br />
