All projects are subject to SJVAPCD rules and <br /> regulations in effect at the time of construction. Specific rules applicable to the construction of the proposed <br /> project may include,but are not limited to: <br /> ► Regulation VIII—Fugitive Dust PMIo Prohibitions <br /> Rules 8011-8081 are designed to reduce PMIo emissions(predominantly dust/dirt)generated by human <br /> activity, including construction and demolition activities,road construction,bulk materials storage,paved and <br /> unpaved roads, carryout and track out, and landfill operations. <br /> If a nonresidential project is 5.0 or more acres in area,or a residential project is 10.0 or more acres in area, or <br /> the project will include moving, depositing, or relocating more than 2,500 cubic yards per day of bulk <br /> materials on at least 3 days, a Dust Control Plan must be submitted as specified in Section 6.3.l.of Rule 8021. <br /> Construction activities shall not commence until SJVAPCD has approved the Dust Control Plan. <br /> Manteca WQCF and Collection System Master Plans EIR EDAW <br /> City of Manteca 4.3-13 Air Quality <br />
