(AGE) has prepared this report for the destruction of nine (9)ground water monitoring <br /> wells at 345 North Yosemite Street, Stockton, Calif rnia (site). The site location is depicted <br /> on Figure 1; site structures and former well locations are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> Ground water monitoring wells had previously been installed at the site as part of a leaking <br /> underground storage tank (UST) subsurface investigation. A total of nine (9) two-inch <br /> diameter ground water monitoring wells (MW-5 through MW-13) were installed to total <br /> depths of 20, 21 feet below surface grade (bsg MW-5 through MW-12) and 34 bsg <br /> (MW-13). <br /> Monitoring wells were destroyed as outlined in the AGE-prepared, Well Destruction Work <br /> Plan, dated 21 November 2011.All wells were dest oyed under EHD boring permits,which <br /> have been included in Appendix A. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> Well destruction activities were performed on 01 and 02 March 2012 by All Well <br /> Abandonment of Sacramento, California. Ground water monitoring wells MW-5 through <br /> MW-7, MW-9, and MW-11 were destroyed by pressure grouting the well columns with <br /> Portland Type II cement (six gallons water for eve 94-pound sack of portland cement ). <br /> Each pressure grouted well was filled to the top of the casing and then pressurized at <br /> 837 Shaw Road • Stockton.
