In April 1997,Kleinfelder performed a geotechnical investigation of the Site at the request of <br /> Wilkins/Bixby. The findings of the Phase I ESA were presented in Blymyer's report dated April 7, <br /> 1997 and the findings of the geotechnical investigation were presented in Kleinfelder's report dated <br /> April 15, 1997. <br /> On the basis of the Phase I ESA findings and the geotechnical investigation,SECOR concluded the <br /> following: <br /> • The Site has been occupied by a concrete batch plant, a truck storage and maintenance company, an <br /> auto body and paint shop, and a residence.
