In case of a fire, explosion, or hazard alarm, personnel will immediately proceed <br /> to assigned pre-arranged safe locations. <br /> 6. Upon arrival at the safe locations, a comple e head count will taken by the <br /> Project Safety Officer and personnel will tay at the safe locations until the <br /> area is secured. <br /> D. Personallnjury <br /> If an injury occurs due to an accident or exposure to a hazardous substance, the PEG office <br /> will be notified. The Company Safety Officer ill be given all appropriate information <br /> concerning the nature and cause of the injury sot at treatment preparations can be initiated. ' <br /> The injured person will be transported to the Contamination Reduction line where <br /> appropriate first aid and treatment can begin. The Project Manager will be informed and will <br /> investigate the cause of the injury and make any necessary changes in work procedures. If i <br /> appropriate, the injured person will be transported to the nearest emergency medical facility: <br /> St. Dominic's Hospital <br /> 177 West Yosemite Avenue <br /> Manteca, California <br /> (209) 825-3500 <br /> Directions to Hospital: Procede west along Yosemite Avenue towards Highway 99 going <br /> under Highway 99. Travel along Yosemite Aver ue crossing over Cottage Avenue, North <br /> Main Street, and Union Road. Once past UnionRoad procede for approximatley 0.4 mile <br /> and St. Dominic's hospital will be on the right (north) side at 1777 W. Yosemite Avenue <br /> (Figure 3). <br /> 13 ' <br />
