Please note that a separate permit <br /> application must be submitted for each parcel where fieldwork will take place. Also, since the <br /> encroachment permit issued by the City of Manteca expires on October 15, 2007, and <br /> fieldwork will not be completed by this date, a new encroachment permit must be issued and a <br /> copy submitted to EHD. <br /> EHD is extending the submittal date for access agreements, encroachment permit from the City <br /> of Manteca, and boring permit applications and permit fee of $89 per parcel for fieldwork <br /> 'i associated with the above-referenced site from October 1, 2007, to November 5, 2007. EHD,is <br /> also extending the date for completing the fieldwork at the above-referenced site from <br /> November 5, 2007, to December 5, 2007.
