SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone: (209)468-3420 Fax: (209)468-3433 Web:www.sigov.org/ehd <br /> CONTINUATION FORM Page: 2 of 3 <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT Date: 4/22/2019 <br /> Facility Address: 1102 S Aurora St, Stockton Program: 2546 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> The following waste containers were observed in the main shop: <br /> -One white 55 gallon poly drum labeled "hazardous waste" containing oily debris. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris. <br /> -One blue and one black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil were placed in a secondary containment that had several <br /> gallons of used oil. One full 5 gallon bucket labeled "P&G PROLINE Floor Finish Stripper" was sitting on top of the blue 55 <br /> gallon drum. <br /> -Two full white 5 gallon buckets containing an unknown solid material. The top bucket was labeled "paint." <br /> -Next to the secondary containment were two black and one blue 55 gallon steel drums containing used oil. The two black <br /> drums were labeled "used oil" and "hazardous waste". The blue drum was labeled "used oil." On top of a black 55 gallon <br /> steel drum was a white 5 gallon bucket containing oily debris. <br /> -One 16 gallon poly drum containing used oil. <br /> -Two red 3 gallon containers holding used oil <br /> -Two yellow and one grey 5 gallon buckets containing an unknown solid. <br /> -One white 55 gallon and one blue 30 gallon poly empty drum. <br /> -One 1 gallon bucket labeled "Black Silicone Building Sealant." <br /> -One half gallon canister labeled "Liquid Raw Hide Clear Finish for Redwood." <br /> -One half gallon bucket labeled "Shine Water Based Surface Sealer." <br /> -Several aerosol cans, one was labeled "Spray Texture for Drywall Texture Repair." <br /> -Two caulking tubes, one was labeled "DAP." <br /> -One half gallon canister labeled "Turpentine Stem Distilled." <br /> -A pile of several dozen fluorescent lamps. Some of the fluorescent lamps were smashed and broken. <br /> -Absorbent piles used to clean up spills was observed in several spots throughout the facility. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Alaniz <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
