SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone: (209)468-3420 Fax: (209)468-3433 Web:www.sigov.org/ehd <br /> CONTINUATION FORM Page: 3 of 3 <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT Date: 4/22/2019 <br /> Facility Address: 1102 S Aurora St, Stockton Program: 2546 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> The following waste containers were observed in the outside area: <br /> -One black 5 gallon drain pain containing used oil. <br /> -One brown 55 gallon steel drum containing an unknown solid. <br /> -One 15 gallon fuel tank that had a gasoline smell coming from it. <br /> -Four used metal oil filters. <br /> -Several (small) batteries scattered through the facility property. <br /> -One refrigerator and two boats. The boats had miscellaneous items in them. <br /> -Oily dirt was observed near a drain on the south side of the facility. <br /> The following waste containers were observed in the small shop: <br /> -Two 5 gallon cans and eleven 1 gallon cans. <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil. <br /> -Seven 55 gallon and five 30 gallon empty drums. <br /> Per California Health and Safety Code (HSC) 25189.5, hazardous waste cannot be disposed of via abandonment. <br /> Immediately clean up the oily dirt area,the absorbent piles, and dispose of all of the hazardous wastes according to Title 22 <br /> regulations. Submit the final disposal records to the EHD. If a waste is determined to be non-hazardous, submit documents <br /> or statements to the EHD explaining how the hazardous waste determination was made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Alaniz <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
