Major modification to the sampling and analysis program will be <br /> ' documented in the report. <br /> 5.8 Report Preparation <br /> ' Following completion of the well installation activities,AA&A will prepare a report and include an executive <br /> summary and the following: <br /> ' • Site identification information; <br /> • Site description and background; <br /> • Description of release; <br /> ' • Environmental setting including topography,local and regional geology and hydrology; <br /> • Identification of local aquifers and distances to nearest water production wells; <br /> ' • Description of field procedures; <br /> • Discussion of soil type encountered; <br /> • Discussion of sampling results; <br /> ' • Boring logs; <br /> • Field variances; <br /> • Tabulated summary of laboratory analytical results; <br /> ' • Site vicinity map; <br /> • Site plans with borings locations; <br /> ' • Discussion of impacts in areas of concern; <br /> • Comparison of laboratory results with regulatory screening levels; <br /> • Conclusions;and <br /> ' • Recommendations for further action,preparation of a remedial action work plan, and remedial action as <br /> warranted. <br /> ' 6. SCHEDULE <br /> t The following schedule is anticipated to complete the proposed scope of work after authorization to proceed has <br /> been received from CVRWQCB (time to complete each task): <br /> 1. Preparation of contract and task order approval 4-8 weeks <br /> ' 2. Property access and utility clearance 1-2 weeks <br /> 3. Drilling of borings and soil sampling 0-1 week <br /> ' 4. Laboratory analysis of soil samples 1-2 weeks <br /> 5.
