• 26 October 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0333 <br /> Page 5 of 7 <br /> • Between 5 and 15 feet east of soil boring P-1, <br /> • Between 10 to 20 feet east of soil boring P-4, <br /> • Between 15 to 25 feet northeast of monitoring well MW-3, <br /> • Between 75 to 95 feet northeast of monitoring well MW-3, and <br /> • Between 10 to 20 feet east of monitoring well MW-4 <br /> The CPT bonngs shall be advanced to approximately 100 feet bsg utilizing a 25-ton truck-mounted <br /> CPT dnll ng equipped with 2-mch diameter hollow-stem rods,however,total depths of bonngs may <br /> vary in response to hydrogeologic conditions and results of field screening encountered during <br /> drilling activities <br /> Grab ground water samples will be collected in intervals of porous and permeable material Selected <br /> ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of Health Services <br /> (DHS)-certified laboratory for the following constituents <br /> • TPH-g and TPH-d by EPA Methods 3550/5030/8015M, <br /> BTEX compounds with MTBE by EPA Method 8020, and <br /> Methanol, ethanol, ethylene dibromide (EDB), 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA), tertiary <br /> butanol (TBA), di-isopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tert butyl ether (ETBE), tert amyl methyl <br /> ether (TAME), and confirmation of MTBE by EPA Method 8260 Modified <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analysis, testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented In a report <br /> with findings and recommendations <br /> Additional ground monttonng wells will be proposed based on the results of the CPT drilling and <br /> grab ground water sample analysis <br /> 3 3 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Following CPT boring advancement and analysis of grab ground water samples, a report of findings <br /> will be prepared The report will include a description of work performed and the results of the soil <br /> and groundwater sampling and analysis Conclusions and recommendations will also be included <br /> In the, reports, 1f applicable The report will be in a format acceptable to the PIIS-LHD and the <br /> RWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist <br /> Idwan-rd€.enInNnonmint � <br />
