California, provided on DTSCs Office of Human and Ecologic Risk website <br /> ' <br /> htti)s7//www.dtse.ca.goy/assessingrisk/humanrisk2.cftn, provides a background 95% Upper <br /> Confidence Limit(UCL) concentration of 400 µg/kg(Environ, 2002). <br /> ' Detected PAH concentrations were compared to EPA Regional Screening Levels(RSLs) for <br /> residential soil (EPA,2017)and the background study value of 400 mg/kg. Published PAH <br /> RSLs are provided on Table 2. All detected PAH concentrations were significantly below both <br /> the background value and the RSLs. <br /> ' 3.2 JUNE 2017 CONMMATION SAMPLING <br /> Additional soil was excavated in June 2017 in areas where the March 2017 confirmation samples <br /> ' exceeded the cleanup goal for lead. Confirmation bottom and sidewall samples were collected <br /> by Geocon on June 5, 2017. Confirmation samples were analyzed by McCampbell Analytical, <br /> ' Inc. for total lead by SW6020. <br /> Sample CONF4-B 1 exceeded the cleanup goal for lead. Additional soil was excavated at this <br /> ' location and additional confirmation samples were collected June 8, 2017.
