East Yosemite <br /> Avenue in Manteca, California. Mr. Gary Brophy requested the <br /> preparation of this Work Plan after the removal of soil by <br /> excavation was recommended by Applied GeoSystems at the <br /> conclusion of an initial environmental investigation (Applied <br /> GeoSystems, January 3, 1989) .
