The locations of the wells in <br /> j relation to other site features are shown on Plate P-2. <br /> Field work performed by Applied GeoSystems at the site was <br /> conducted in accordance with Applied GeoSyste;ns. Site. Safety Plan <br /> 38053-15 (dated October 21, 1988) . This document describesthe <br /> basic safety requirements for the subsurface environmental <br /> investigation and drilling .soil borings at work sites that are <br /> potentially contaminated with hydrocarbons. The Site Safety Plan <br /> is applicable to personnel and subcontractors of Applied <br /> GeoSystems. Applied GeoSystems' personnel (and subcontractors of <br /> Applied GeoSystems) scheduled to perform the work at the site <br /> were briefed on the contents of the Site Safety Plan before work <br /> began. A copy of the Site Safety Plan was kept at the site and <br /> was available for reference by appropriate parties during work at <br /> the site.
