The samples will <br /> �.a <br /> then be labeled and immediately placed in iced storage for <br /> transport to the analytical laboratory for testing. Chain of <br /> Custody Records will be initiated by the geologist in the field <br /> and accompany the samples to the laboratory. Copies of these <br /> records will be presented in our final report. An example of a <br /> Chain of Custody Record (Plate P-5) is included in this Work <br /> Plan. <br /> The borings will be drilled to depths approximately 20 feet below <br /> `j the uppermost zone of saturation or 5 feet into any competent <br /> clay layer (aquitard) encountered.
