David filled out and placed a Corrosive Bases(CB)label onto the tote. (IMG 6211-3) <br /> -The following HW items were found in the first of three STOU HW totes with accumulation start dates 1/20/19,which <br /> were stacked on top of each other in the HW storage area (IMG 6226-6244): <br /> o An empty 20 fl. oz. container of Klar&Danver Body Wash. <br /> o An empty 32 fl. oz. container of Driver's Choice Tire Shine.The container label stated the tire shine contains <br /> petroleum middle distillates. The handheld scanner stated the tire shine should be placed in the STOU HW tote, <br /> however according to the Dollar Tree Potentially Hazardous Material Management poster posted next to the HW <br /> storage area, items containing petroleum distillates are classified as Aerosols, Flammables, and Combustibles(AF) <br /> HW(IMG 6065). <br /> o A partially empty 2 fl. oz. container of scented red shower gel. <br /> o A partially empty 24 fl. oz. container of Spa Naturals Bubble Bath. <br /> -The following HW items were found in the second of three STOU HW totes with accumulation start dates 1/20/19, <br /> which were stacked on top of each other in the HW storage area(IMG 6245-6276): <br /> o Two partially empty 24 fl. oz. containers of Spa Naturals Bubble Bath. <br /> o A LA Colors nail polish,which was bagged with OTC pharmaceuticals, glow sticks,AAA batteries, and other <br /> items classified as STOU HW. However,the hand held scanner stated the nail polish should be placed in an AF HW <br /> tote. David placed the nail polish into an AF HW tote. <br /> o A partially empty 5.1 fl. oz. container of April Bath &Shower Scented Body Splash spray. <br /> o Three partially empty 11.25 fl. oz. containers of Klar&Danver hand soap. <br /> o Two partially empty leaky containers of The Home Store All-Purpose Cleaner with Bleach.The handheld scanner <br /> stated the cleaner should be placed in an STOU HW tote. However according to the Guide, all-purpose cleaners(with <br /> bleach)are classified as OX. David placed the cleaners with bleach into an OX HW tote. <br /> o An empty container of Palmolive Soft Touch dish soap. <br /> -The following HW items were found in the third of three STOU HW totes with accumulation start dates 1/20/19,which <br /> were stacked on top of each other in the HW storage area (IMG 6272-88): <br /> o A partially empty 64 fl. oz. container of LA's Totally Awesome Fabric Softener. <br /> o An empty 64 fl. oz. container of LA's Totally Awesome 2 in 1 Laundry Detergent with a small amount of used <br /> absorbent. <br /> o A partially empty 64 fl. oz. container of LA's Totally Awesome Stain Lifter Laundry Detergent. <br /> o Two empty 64 fl.oz. containers of LA's Totally Awesome 2 in 1 Laundry Detergent. <br /> o An empty Klar& Danver hand soap. <br /> o An empty 64 fl. oz. container of LA's Totally Awesome 2 in 1 Laundry Detergent. <br /> o An empty 28 fl. oz. container of Spic and Span Everyday Antibacterial Cleaner. <br /> o An empty 20 fl. oz. container of Mean Green Super Strength Cleaner Degreaser. <br /> - In the HW storage area,the following STOU HW totes were found labeled with the store(generator)address as 125 <br /> N.
