Ryan did not know <br /> what happened to the missing liquid. <br /> All of the HW items mentioned above were found marked STOU,dated 4/10/19, and initialed by Mary Davis, Store <br /> Manager. <br /> 6. The items mentioned above which were found in the STOU HW tote, and one Goofy String aerosol can found in an <br /> Aerosols, Flammables, and Combustibles(AF)HW tote with accumulation start date 4/10/19,were the only HW <br /> items found stored in the HW storage area.The STOU and AF HW totes with start dates of 4/10/19 were the only two <br /> HW totes in the HW storage area. It was unclear why there were no other HW items generated since 4/10/19. Ryan <br /> stated that there was something"fishy"about the processing and management of the hazardous waste,which he <br /> previously stated was conducted by the Store and Merchandise Managers. (IMG 6747, 6753-4) <br /> 7.The following items were found in or next to the first of two open cardboard boxes,which were sitting on a pallet that <br /> was located on the floor next to the cardboard bailer. A sign posted on the wall above the items read"Damages No <br /> Trash,"and was marked with an arrow pointing down toward the items(IMG 6774-90): <br /> a.A partially empty 14 fl oz bottle of Ultra Ajax Vinegar+Lime liquid dish soap,which was missing its cap. <br /> b. An open 16.3 oz box of Arm&Hammer Extra Strength Carpet Odor Eliminator. <br /> c.A seemingly empty 96 oz bottle of LA's Totally Awesome Bleach Lemon Scent. <br /> d. A partially empty 9 oz bottle of Angel of Mine Cornstarch Baby Powder,which was missing its lid. <br /> e. A seemingly empty white bottle which was engraved with the word"Clorox,"but was missing its manufacture <br /> label. <br /> f. A 30 oz Home Store Oxy Dish Soap,which was missing its cap. <br /> g. A 13 oz Glass&Surface Cleaner aerosol can. <br /> h. A partially empty 22 fl oz container of Spic and Span Antibacterial Spray Cleaner. <br /> i. A 32 fl oz container of Driver's Choice Tire Shine. <br /> j. Two partially empty 11.25 fl oz containers of Assured Moisturizing Hand Soap. <br /> k. An 8 oz. Air Wick Essential Oils aerosol can. <br /> I.An open 16.3 oz box of Arm &Hammer Pet Fresh Carpet Odor Eliminator. <br /> m. A broken Skeeter Beeter Citronella Outdoor Candle. <br /> n.A 50 fl oz bottle of LA's Totally Awesome Ultra Deluxe Liquid Dish Detergent,which was missing its cap. <br /> o.Two partially empty 64 fl oz containers of LA's Totally Awesome Laundry Detergent. <br /> p.A partially empty 35 fl oz container of Classic Final Touch fabric softener. <br /> q.An open package of Sesame Street Scented Flushable Toddler Wipes. <br /> r.
