(Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Estrella L. Jose LP APPLICANT: Cascade Energy Storage, <br /> LLC <br /> ADDRESS: 2482 E. Carpenter Road, Stockton APN: 179-140-18 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently not located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Zone. <br /> The site is within the Phase 2 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br /> (NPDES). <br /> Carpenter Road has an existing right-of-way width of 55 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet, 30 feet from centerline of the road. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.
