The scope of services for this report did not include environmental assessments or evaluations regarding the presence or absence of wetlands or hazardous substances in the soil, surface water, or groundwater at this site. This report was prepared in accordance with the generally accepted standard of practice that existed in San Joaquin County at the time the report was written. This work was performed in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by other members of Kleinfelder's profession practicing in the same locality, under similar conditions and at the date the services are provided. Kleinfelder makes no other representation, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the services, communication (oral or written), report, opinion, or instrument of service provided. This report may be used only by the client and only for the purposes stated within a reasonable time from its issuance, but in no event later than three years from the date of the report. Land use, site conditions (both on- and off-site), or other factors may change over time, and additional work may be required. Based on the intended use of the report, Kleinfelder may require that additional work be performed and that an updated report be issued.
