Cease all operations and shutdown any equipment. <br /> 2. Notify local E.M.S.via land or cellular telephone using normal 911 system for serious medical <br /> emergencies. <br /> Do not resume operations until cause of the incident has been determined and preventative measures has <br /> been enacted. <br /> Non life threatening injuries are to be transported to St.Dominics Hospital in Manteca, California for <br /> general first aid type medical attention. <br /> Spills and or Releases of hazardous materials <br /> Liquid spill due to tank leak or failure: <br /> 1. Cease all operations and barricade area. <br /> 2. The primary vessel containment is designed to hold 100%of tank volume but should containment fail, <br /> use boom or absorbent material standing by to limit or stop leakage. <br /> 3. Notify Vendor that supplied the storage tank and order replacement storage. <br /> 4. Mobilize Vacuum truck(s)from ONYX facility to respond for cleanup and transference of tank storage <br /> contents to replacement vessel. <br /> 5. Empty any tank residual and containment contents to fresh vessel.Hold any liquids in vacuum truck as <br /> necessary until replacement storage arrives. <br /> 6. Decontaminate faulty storage and have removed from site. <br /> 7. Return to normal operations in fresh vessel. <br /> Liquid spill due to hose or equipment failure: <br /> 1. Cease all operations and barricade area. <br /> 2. Purge equipment with pressured air supply. <br /> 3. Remove faulty equipment from circuit and replace. <br /> 4. Decontaminate faulty equipment and any product leaked into containment. <br /> 5. Return to normal operations. <br /> Dry spill: <br /> Note:As a dry product, Soda Ash does not present a serious health or environmental risk. <br /> 1. Repair leaking packaging or failing container. <br /> 2. Clean area with shovels and or brooms. <br /> 3.
