v <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT NUMBER 427A <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12, <br /> Name: Thule Towing Systems <br /> Location: 1313 South Stockton Street <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> has submitted a wastewater discharge permit application and is hereby authorized to discharge industrial <br /> wastewater from the above identified facility into the City of Lodi sewer system in accordance with the effluent <br /> limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in this permit. <br /> The permittee has been determined to be a categorical metal finisher in conformance with provisions of the <br /> Federal Code of Regulations 40 CFR 433.17 Subpart A for a new source. <br /> All discharges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. The discharge <br /> of any pollutant identified in this permit more frequently than or at a level in excess of that authorized shall <br /> constitute a violation of the permit. Any significant changes effecting wastewater discharge quantity or strength <br /> must be reported in advance of discharging and written approval by the City received. <br /> This permit shall not be assigned, transferred or sold to a new owner, new user, different premises or new or <br /> changed operation without prior written approval of the Public Works Director. <br /> This permit shall become effective on January 1. 2009 , <br /> and shall expire at midnight on May 31, 2010 . <br /> The permittee shall not discharge after the date of expiration. If the permittee wishes to continue to discharge <br /> after this expiration date an application must be filed 60 days before the expiration date for reissuance of this <br /> permit in accordance with the requirements of City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12. <br /> Renewal must be applied for on or before April 1, 2010 . <br /> F.
