v CITY OF LODI WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT NUMBER 427A In accordance with the provisions of the City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12, Name: Thule Towing Systems Location: 1313 South Stockton Street Lodi, CA 95240 has submitted a wastewater discharge permit application and is hereby authorized to discharge industrial wastewater from the above identified facility into the City of Lodi sewer system in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in this permit. The permittee has been determined to be a categorical metal finisher in conformance with provisions of the Federal Code of Regulations 40 CFR 433.17 Subpart A for a new source. All discharges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. The discharge of any pollutant identified in this permit more frequently than or at a level in excess of that authorized shall constitute a violation of the permit. Any significant changes effecting wastewater discharge quantity or strength must be reported in advance of discharging and written approval by the City received. This permit shall not be assigned, transferred or sold to a new owner, new user, different premises or new or changed operation without prior written approval of the Public Works Director. This permit shall become effective on January 1. 2009 , and shall expire at midnight on May 31, 2010 . The permittee shall not discharge after the date of expiration. If the permittee wishes to continue to discharge after this expiration date an application must be filed 60 days before the expiration date for reissuance of this permit in accordance with the requirements of City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12.
