Wastewater Discharge Permit, City of Lodi Number 427A <br /> Page 2 <br /> PART 1 - EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br /> A. During the duration of this permit the discharge from the outfall(s) indicated in Section 3.1 of the permit application, <br /> Building Layout, shall not exceed the following effluent limitations. In addition, the discharge shall comply with all other <br /> applicable regulations and standards contained in City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12 and Code of Federal <br /> Regulations 40 CFR 433 Subpart A for a new source. <br /> EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br /> Outfall(s) Stages 1. 2. 3. 4, 5, 7. 8 and Industrial Sewer Manhole (as labeled in the wastewater discharge permit <br /> application, Section 3.1). <br /> (See Appendix A). <br /> Parameter Daily maximum (mg/L) Monthly average(mg/L) <br /> Arsenic 2.51 — <br /> Cadmium 0.112 0.072 <br /> Chromium 2.772 1.712 <br /> Copper 3.01 2.072 <br /> Lead 0.692 0.432 <br /> Mercury 0.81 — <br /> Nickel 3.982 2.382 <br /> Silver 0.432 0.242 <br /> Zinc 2.612 1.482 <br /> Cyanide Total 1.22 0.652 <br /> TTO" 2.132 — <br /> Discharges containing concentrations of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) or trichloroethylene (TCE) exceeding five <br /> micrograms per liter for any grab sample are prohibited.) <br /> At no time shall the pH be less than 6 standard units nor greater than 10 standard units. <br /> Total Toxic Organics as listed in the Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR 433.11 (e). <br /> 1.Lodi Municipal Code,Chapter 13.12.030. <br /> 2.Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR 433 Subpart A for a new source. <br /> PART 2-MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A.
