Wastewater Discharge Permit, City of Lodi Number 427A <br /> Page 2 <br /> PART 1 - EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br /> A. During the duration of this permit the discharge from the outfall(s) indicated in Section 3.1 of the permit application, <br /> Building Layout, shall not exceed the following effluent limitations.
