Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 205 CCR 2712(1), 2634(e) Failure to submit a current UST Response Plan and have it available onsite. An approved/current copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. -The 7/1/2019 inspection report did not include the signature of the designated UST operator signature -The 6/5/19 inspection report left blank section VIII, and VIII -The 5/8/19 inspection report did not include the date signed by the owner/operator. During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. 210 CCR 2716(f) DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months (after October 1, 2018). The November, October and September 2018 designated operator inspection report was not found on site. Designated operator inspection reports for the previous thirty-six months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator inspection reports are maintained on site.
