AM6 <br /> CAC SECTION OBSERVATIONS RESULT <br /> 17658 Site Security. 1) There was no fence or barrier on V <br /> the western end of the site. The two <br /> feet deep trench that is present <br /> would not be adequate in preventing <br /> unauthorized entry. (See slide 1.4 <br /> and 1.5) <br /> 2) The �orthern perimeter fence had <br /> fallen down and left a 20 foot gap <br /> along Newcastle Road which must be <br /> repaired. (See slide 1 .6) . <br /> 17659 Access Roads. The main access is via a smooth, paved C <br /> two lane road that allows safe access <br /> by vehicles. <br /> 17660 Internal Roads. Internal roads were covered with C <br /> either dirt or asphalt. They allowed <br /> safe access to the unloading area. An <br /> asphalt wet weather pad was already <br /> constructed. <br /> DISPOSAL SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY. <br /> 17666 Sanitary There was a portable outhouse C <br /> Facilities. available for employees and drivers. <br /> A wash basin with soap was also <br /> provided but was out of order the day <br /> of this inspection. <br /> 17667 Water Supply. Drinking water is supplied by an on- <br /> site well. It has not been tested for <br /> several years. According to Joe Walker, <br /> City of Stockton Assistant Public Works <br /> Director, the well will be tested the <br /> second week of December, 1986. Future <br /> inspectors will determine compliance to <br /> this section after test results have been <br /> reviewed. <br /> 17668 Communication There was a telephone on site. The C <br /> Facilities. phone number is ( 209) 465-0848 . <br /> Emergency telephone contact numbers <br /> were posted next to the phone. <br /> 17669 Lighting.
