Ask, <br /> CAC SECTION OBSERVATIONS RESULT <br /> 17708 .Drainage and Violations of this section were V <br /> Erosion observed in the following areas: <br /> Control. 1) There were eroded gullies down the <br /> western slopes. (See slide 1.32) . <br /> 2) Large gullies and waste exposed by <br /> erosion were evident on the southern <br /> slopes. (See slides 1.33 - 1 . 35) . <br /> 3) There were five foot wide <br /> depressions at the toe of the western <br /> slope and it will gather water this winter . <br /> (See slide 1 . 36) . <br /> 17709 Contact with I did not observe waste in contact C <br /> Water. with water. <br /> 17710 Grading of Fill Y observed the area where gas V <br /> Surfaces. extraction pipes are inserted to have <br /> large depressions along side berms. <br /> This area needs to be re-graded to promote <br /> runoff. (See slide 1.37) . <br /> 17711 Litter Control. I didnot observe accumulations of C <br /> litter on site and no litter was <br /> observed to have been blown off site. <br /> An employee collects litter three <br /> times a week or more often if <br /> .necessary. Litter fences were placed <br /> around active fill areas. <br /> 17712 Noise Control . Noise levels did not seem likely to C <br /> cause a public nuisance or noise <br /> hazard. <br /> 17713 Odor Control. Garbage odors were detected on site but C <br /> not at the site perimeter . <br /> 17714 Traffic Traffic flow did not appear likely to C <br /> Control. cause a public safety hazard. I did <br /> not observe vehicles stacking onto <br /> public roads. <br /> 17715 Ponded Liquid. I did not observe ponded liquid at C <br /> this site.
