Stephen Chen -2 - 0 21 June 1989
In our letter, dated 6 March 1989, we requested a technical report detailing the well
abandonment procedures for the on-site water supply well (WSW). In your letter,
dated 20 April 1989, you requested a two month extension for the report from April 15
to June 15. This request was granted, in a letter dated 3 May 1989, contingent upon
the report including the information obtained from the camera scan and geophysical
logs to be performed on the well. The report is now delinquent. In looking at the SWAT
report, I see that there is some discussion of the WSW. Though the review of the
SWAT report is not complete, it appears that the subject of the WSW wiii be addressed
in phase II and/or phase III of the verification monitoring plan. Therefore, we will
address the subject of the late report in comments on the verification plan.
If you have any questions regarding the monitoring program or the requested
information, please call me at (916) 361-5737.
`- - -e
e .
