All peaks shall
be reported.
The Discharger shall determine at each sampling whether there is a statistically
significant increase over water quality protection standards for each parameter
and constituent analyzed.
The ground water surface elevation ( in feet and hundredths, M.S.L. ) in all wells
shall be measured on a quarterly basis and used to determine the velocity and
direction(s ) of ground water flow. This information shall be displayed on a
water table contour map and/or ground water flow net for the site.
SURFACE WATER MONITORING
The North Fork of South Little Johns Creek shall be sampled upstream and
downstream of the waste management facility at the locations shown on Attachment
B, which shall constitute the points of compliance for surface waters. Surface
water samples shall be analyzed on a quarterly basis for the following:
Report in
Parameter/Constituent Units of
Total Organic Carbon mg/1
Specific Conductance (field) umhos/cm
pH (field) pH Units
Total Dissolved Solids mg/1
Hardness (as CaCO3) mg/l
