Tenisha stated the Spill Magic is kept in the room containing the mop sink, <br />adjacent the break room (IMG 5109), however there was no Spill Magic found at the time of inspection. Tenisha <br />stated Randy Garcia, store manager, said he ordered more Spill Magic recently, but the store had yet to receive it. <br />All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and <br />decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br />operation in time of emergency. <br />Immediately begin this practice. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 304 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain adequate aisle space for unobstructed response to emergencies. <br />The hazardous waste storage area, located in the facility's back stockroom, was blocked by boxes and baskets <br />containing product (IMG 4973-4).
