4 <br />#106 - This violation is to be corrected by providing employees with hazardous waste re-training (i.e. training on the <br />issues noted in the inspection report), and providing the EHD with proof of such re-training (i.e. a record of employee re- <br />training). <br />Note: Hazardous waste items were found in totes that were of a different category (AF, CB, CA, etc.) than what <br />the hand-held scanner and/or the Hazardous Waste Poster indicated.
