Provide Safety Data Sheets <br />(SDS) for these items, if applicable. If an SDS is not available, how are employees kept informed of such <br />determinations? Determination was made by product description, examples poster, examining the product label and <br />use of SDS (fabuloso). Employees were made aware of the determination over the phone. Employees must count on <br />their training and tools provided to make future determinations. <br />#106 - This violation is to be corrected by providing employees with hazardous waste re-training (i.e. training on the <br />issues noted in the inspection report), and providing the EHD with proof of such re-training (i.e. a record of employee <br />re-training). See Below <br />Store 433: <br />#102 – Provide a hazardous waste manifest used for the items found in the dumpster at the time of inspection. <br />Manifests for store 433 dated 2.20.19 attached <br />#103 - How were the waste determinations made for the items listed in this violation? Also, in some cases, the scanner <br />would direct the employee to place an item in one type of tote, while the Hazardous Waste Poster indicates to <br />place the same item or type of item into a different tote. <br />- How do employees know whether to follow what the scanner tells them to do, or to follow the Hazardous <br />Waste Poster?
