Environmental Health Department <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />May 06, 2019 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 35200 S CHRISMAN RD, Tracy <br /> Facility Name: <br /> SIERRA GOLF MANAGEMENT <br />- Violation 608 amended to become an open violation, due to lack of disposal records for one black 55 gallon <br />container of used oil observed with mixture of paper used oil filters and metal used oil filter. <br /> Also omitted original language and replaced with the following statement "One black 55 gallon container of used <br />oil observed with mixture of paper used oil filters and metal used oil filters. Used oil filters shall be drained of <br />free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as “drained used oil filters,” and marked with an <br />accumulation start date. The operator segregated the paper and metal filters into two separate containers during <br />the inspection. Drained metal oil filters must be shipped off site and recycled within one year of generation. Paper <br />oil filters and used oil are hazardous waste and must be shipped off site within 180 days of generation. Since it is <br />unknown how long the filters have been onsite, please provide a recycling record for the container of drained used <br />metal oil filters. Also provide hazardous waste disposal records for the container of paper used oil filters and <br />used oil.
