Mangers were supposed to inform <br /> me when dishwasher was repaired, but they never did. I emailed them 10/07/20 but no one responded. I then called manager <br /> Son on 11/06/20 and he stated that it was fixed. I told him that I was going to verify for compliance in a few days. During <br /> today's inspection, I ran the dishwasher 3 times and it never temped 160 F on plate. Per staff at the Bakery, they no longer <br /> use dishwasher because it never temps 160 F.
