promptly processed as waste (if not able to be used by the store and stickered as such). <br /> <br />The Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Freight Manager were trained/retrained. <br />The Assistant Store Manager who accompanied you on the inspection is no longer at this <br />store, but he was retrained at his transfer store (EXHIBIT C1, C2). <br />• Our hazardous waste vendor, Stericycle, submits manifests to the DTSC on behalf of the <br />company and has resubmitted the manifests. Please see the vendor memo of document <br />management (EXHIBIT D). <br />• Copies of the generator manifests listed below were submitted to DTSC (EXHIBIT E): <br /> <br />012039618FLE <br />012963013FLE <br />• The powdered cleanser spilled on the sales shelf was cleaned up and processed as <br />hazardous waste. Our stores are trained that we prohibit the sale of any damaged product <br />determined to be hazardous waste (EXHIBIT F1, F2). <br />• The Christmas lights referred to were LEDs. They are listed on the manifest as state- <br />regulated solids (Consumer Products) rather than Universal Waste (EXHIBIT G). <br /> <br />The signed certification page is also included.
