.y A:
surface seepage, or the presence of nuisance conditions shall be noted in the report. Monitoring
of the subsurface dispersal areas will include the elements shown in Table 11.
Biosolids Monitoring
Records regarding the quantity of biosolids generated by the treatment processes, the quantity of
biosolids stored onsite, the quantity removed for disposal, and any sampling and analytical data
will be stored onsite and available for review during inspections. The records will also indicate
steps taken to reduce odor and other nuisance conditions. For biosolids transported off-site for
f disposal, records identifying the hauling company, and the amount of biosolids transported.
t .
Groundwater Monitoring
Groundwater monitoring will be conducted at the RV Park. Prior to construction of additional
groundwater monitoring wells, plans and specifications will be submitted to the Regional Board
for review and approval. Upon installation, all new monitoring wells will be added to the
Monitoring and Reporting Plan. Prior to sampling, groundwater elevations shall be measured and
the monitoring wells shall be purged at Ieast three well volumes and until pH and EC have
I stabilized. Groundwater monitoring will'include, at a minimum, the elements shown in Table 12.
i
Reporting
Reports will be submitted monthly. At the end of each year, an annual report will be prepared
summarizing the results of subsurface dispersal, and calculating the hydraulic, organic, and
nutrient load to the disposal area. The impact.on groundwater will also be evaluated in the annual
report.
CEQA COMPLIANCE
The expansion of the RV Park is consistent with the San Joaquin County General Plan. A Notice
of Determination is being requested from the San Joaquin County Community Development
Department. A Use Permit will be submitted to the County by the engineer preparing the
expansion plans.
REFERENCES
[1] United States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service, Soil Survey of San
Joaquin County, California, October 1992.
[21 United States Environmental Protection Agency, Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems
r
Manual, February 2002.
[3] Reed, Sherwood C., Donald W.
