Recorded at San Joaquin County, State of California, at the Request of: the CANADA COVE, LLP Return to: French Camp RV Park and Golf Course, P.O. Box 1500, French Camp, CA 95231-1500. NOTICE OF COMPLETION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the construction work hereinafter described was completed on the 18th day of August 2010. This included an initial start-up and adjustment period since the plant was placed on line on July 30, 2010. On August 11, 2010, the As-Built Plans were submitted to the County and the County Environmental Health Department 'Finaled' the project. The Work completed consisted of the following: Construction of Domestic Wastewater System Improvements, according to the May 2010 County approved Plans by HydroScience Engineers. The approved Plans were also in conformance with the State Regional Water Quality Control Board's March 10, 2010 Notice of Applicability. The work included furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for the abandonment of the surface water disposal; and the construction of: a 4,000 gallon dosing tank with duplex alternating `screened effluent pumps, 2,208 lineal feet of pressure dosed dispersal trenches, remote alarm monitoring, and all necessary appurtenances as detailed on the approved Plans. Said Work being entitled: Construction Plans for French Camp RV Park, Resort, and Golf Course Canada Cove LLP is the OWNER of said work. The location of said work is within the legal boundary of the French Camp RV Park, Resort, and Golf Course, San Joaquin County, California. The contractor for such work is: M Jacobs Plumbing, 30290 E Grooms Rd, Oakdale, CA 95361 I, , am duly authorized by Canada Cove, LLP to execute the aforesaid Notice of Completion, and hereby certify that the work described is within the legal boundary of the French Camp RV Park and Golf Course, and that I have read the same and know the contents and facts stated herein to be true.
