Box 1500 <br /> French Camp, CA 95231 <br /> NOTICE OF APPLICABILITY, WATER QUALITY ORDER NO. 97-10-DWQ-R5061, <br /> FRENCH CAMP RV PARK AND GOLF COURSE, WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> On 29 October 2009, Canada Cove,LLP (hereafter "Discharger") submitted a Report of Waste <br /> Discharge (RWD) for a-domestic wastewater-treatment-facility (WI/VTF) at-French-Camp RV <br /> Park and Golf Course in San Joaquin County. Additional information was submitted on <br /> 8 February 2010, modifying the wastewater treatment approach described in the RWD.. The <br /> modification presents an interim approach that consists of wastewater storage in,a golf course <br /> pond while new leachfields are constructed. Presently, wastewater is hauled from the <br /> treatment system on a daily basis. \ <br /> Based oh the information provided in the RWD and additional information, the proposed <br /> interim and long-term discharge of treated domestic wastewater at French Camp RV Park and <br /> { Golf Course satisfies the general and specific conditions of State Water Resources Control <br /> ' Board (State Water Board) Water Quality Order (WQO) No. 97-10-DWQ. Therefore, this letter <br /> serves as formal notice that WQO No. 97-10-DWQ is applicable to the site and discharge <br /> described below. You are hereby assigned WQO No. 97-10-DWQ-R5061 for this facility. <br /> A'copy of the WQO is enclosed. You can also find the WQO on the State Water Board's <br /> { website at: http:lAvww.waterboards.ca.gov/board decisions/adopted orders/water quality/ <br /> 1997/wq 1997 10.pdf. <br /> You should familiarize yourself with the contents of the WQO. The WWTF must be operated in <br /> accordance with the requirements contained in this Notice of Applicability (NOA) and WQO, <br /> with the information submitted in the RWD and additional information, and be monitored in <br /> accordance with the attached Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP). <br /> As described below, the discharge to the pond must cease by 2 August 2010. After 2 August <br /> 2010, this NOA allows the use of the leachfield as the final disposal method.
