Hwy 99, Acampo, CA <br /> Water Treatment Plant <br /> Inspection Date: December 30, 2008 <br /> Permit I.D.: PT0000215 <br /> Record I.D.: PR0420602 ! <br /> t � <br /> A bi-annual inspection was conducted on December 30, 2008 at the above referenced <br /> waste water treatment plant and the following was observed and noted: <br /> 1. The gate leading into the waste water treatment plant located at the southeast side entrance to the - <br /> facility was unlocked and unsecured upon inspection this date December 30, 2008. <br /> All gates leading to the waste water treatment plant are to remain locked to prevent <br /> I unlawful entry and to prevent the risk of human or animal injury. Only personnel responsible r <br /> for the operation and maintenance of the facility should have access. Correct immediately. <br /> 2. The yard area(s) were free of debris and appeared to be well maintained. <br /> 3. Weeds were minimal. Continue to maintain weed control on a routine basis. <br /> 4. Meters have been installed and are being maintained to monitor effluent at outlet <br /> valves to measure amounts of effluent being discharged into the series of aerators. <br /> Seepage pits were added to the plant and the system is alternated on a routine basis <br /> between the old and new pits. There are a series of three valves which distribute <br /> effluent through the valves to a sequence of.leach fields. The leach field distribution is <br /> switched on a routine basis. <br /> 5. Minimal odors were detected at the waste-water treatment plant and around the plant <br /> perimeter. Currently, the tanks are pumped of solids on a routine basis. <br /> I ` <br />
