/'6. A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, or a Certified Operator, certified by <br /> The State of California Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), shall be <br /> available to operate the plant by June 30, 2009, per San Joaquin County <br /> On Site Wastewater Disposal Standards, Section 4.5., and Section 4.13., (San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-110.5). A copy of the operator <br /> certification shall be submitted to the EHD and placed on permanent file. A copy of <br /> the certification has not been received as of this date. <br /> 7. For the permitting year 2009, analytical testing and reporting to the <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD), may be required as part of a <br /> condition of the operating permit. The monitoring frequency is to be <br /> determined at a later date by the EHD. The waste water may be required to <br /> be sampled for the following constituents by an employee of a state certified <br /> analytical laboratory and results submitted to the EHD: <br /> TKN Included Nitrates and Ammonia <br /> BOD Biological Oxygen Demand <br /> TSS Total Suspended Solids <br /> pH <br /> CBOD Carbonaceous Biological Oxygen Demand <br /> Monitoring reports have not been submitted on a current basis. Submit all the <br /> most recent analyses to the EHD for review. The lab analyses to.be submitted are <br /> part of the operational permit as issued by the San Joaquin County Environmental " <br /> Health Department. If results have been received by the facility, copy and forward <br /> to the EHD upon receipt. <br /> f - + <br /> The sewage treatment plant appears to be operational and is being maintained within <br /> ! the San Joaquin County Onsite Waste Water Disposal Standards.
