Shadow Lake is not
required to disinfect.
Reporting
Timely reporting all activities required in the Waste Discharge Requirements has been a significant
challenge for Shadow Lake staff in the past. We have changed the flow path of information and
streamlined some of the data handling in order to completely fulfill the requirements of the discharge
monitoring requirements. This has resulted in on-time and accurate reporting of all monitoring parameters.
Calibration Log
Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of waste
discharge requirements. All analysis is performed by a certified laboratory. Effluent flow meter was
calibrated on October 28, 2014 by Cooper Controls of Acampo, CA. Flow measurement was
within 1% of calibration.
"I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information
submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of the those individuals
immediately responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe that the information is true, accurate, and
complete.
