Hwy 99 <br /> Stockton, CA 95212 <br /> December 14, 2015 <br /> Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board <br /> 11020 Sun Center Drive#200 <br /> Rancho Cordova, CA 95670-6114 <br /> SHADOW LAKES WWTP MONTHLY REPORT FOR DECEMBER 2014 <br /> The attached report represents the monthly reporting data for the Shadow Lakes wastewater facility. <br /> Average daily flow for the month indicated 35,812 gallons per day. <br /> During the month, 15,000 gallons of sludge was removed from the plant. All waste activated sludge was <br /> aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume and stored until tanks are full. All waste sludge is <br /> hauled to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. <br /> Effluent quality remained excellent at all times. <br /> ExceptionsNiolations <br /> No exceptions or violations noted during the month. <br /> Calibration Log <br /> Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of waste <br /> discharge requirements.
