COMPENSATION 5. (a) The Customer shall pay QUALITY SERVICE, INC. a fixed amount of$455.00 per month, to be billed on or about the first(1st)of each month and to be due on the fifteenth(15th)of each month. (b) Any services which are required to be performed by QUALITY SERVICE, INC. in excess of the above description, services to be performed/section 2,will be billed accordingly,at an hourly rate of Ninety Dollars($90.00) per hour for CDO / CTO, Ninety-Five Dollars ($95.00) per hour for consulting/compliance services and Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00)per hour for administrative services.Any services which are required to be performed by QUALITY SERVICE,INC. CDO/CTO after normal business hours or on a weekend/holiday are subjected to an hourly rate of One Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and Zero Cents($135.00)per hour. (c) The Customer agrees to pay a late fee of Five Dollars ($5.00) or 2%per month,whichever is greater, on any outstanding balances on invoices over 30 days. Delinquent accounts are subject to cancellation of services and termination of this Agreement. TERM OF AGREEMENT 6.The term of this Agreement shall commence on August 1,2021 and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one(1)year unless terminated earlier by sixty(60)days written notice from either party to the other.
