Tretheway Road, Lockeford, CA <br /> Permit I.D.: PT0000073 —Segal Family Trust DTD 2/13/92 <br /> Record I.D.: PR0420066 <br /> A routine b-annual inspection was conducted at the wastewater treatment plant on <br /> February 1:5, 2012. The following was observed and noted upon inspection: <br /> Quality Services, Inc representative, Jason Lowe was present for a joint inspection of the <br /> facility along with the resident manager. As of this date all boats, recreational vehicles, <br /> and other items have been permanently removed from wastewater disposal area(s). A <br /> copy of the weekly system check report generated by Quality Service, Inc. shall be <br /> submitted to the EHD. A copy of the report was received and is included in this <br /> report. <br /> 1) The gate was unlocked upon inspection due to the ongoing nature of work being done <br /> on the WVVfP operations as part of the weekly system check by Quality Service, Inc. <br /> 2) No odors were detected within plant area(s) and perimeter(s). <br /> 3) At the main inlet, the tank was observed to have a large amount of scum and solids. <br /> Per on-site personnel, the tank is pumped on a quarterly basis Continue pumping tank <br /> according to schedule or as warranted. All operations and maintenance of this facility <br /> shall be reported to the EHD as part of the operating permit of SJC. <br /> 4) The steps leading down to the WWTP have been repaired and no longer pose a <br /> hazard or threat to authorized staff that operate or maintain the facility. <br /> 1 <br />
