Tretheway Road, Lockeford, CA
Permit I.D.: PT0000073 —Segal Family Trust DTD 2113192
Record I.D.: PR0420066
i
A routine bi-annual inspection was conducted at the wastewater treatment plant on
February 9, 2011. The following was observed and noted upon inspection:
k 1. The gate was locked upon inspection.
2. No odors were detected within plant area(s) and perimeter(s).
` 3. At the main distribution box it was observed that two outlets directed to seepage pit
area(s) to the east, installed under Permit#71-598 were blocked at the main junction.
The pits do not appear to be in use at this time. The pits are covered by dilapidating
wood covers and were placed so as not to completely cover the openings. The
placement of the wood covers in this state could lead to slips, trips and potential
accidents by employees servicing the plant. Routinely check the covers to ensure that
i they are placed directly over the pits to prevent accidents from occurring. Correct-on a
continuous basis. Pictures taken.
li. 5. Weeds were observed at the aeration basin. Maintain weed control in this area.
Wastewater treatment plant area(s) appeared to have weeds and equipment
or other items non-related to the daily operation and maintenance of the
plant. This.was noted on the last inspection. Continue to maintain all area(s). Items
unrelated to operation and maintenance of the plant shall not be stored within plant
area(s), e.g.; vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles due to potential encroachment
to sewage disposal areas(s). It was observed and noted that the majority of the
;I vehicles and boats had been removed from the last inspection. Pictures taken.
1 ,
r +
