Space 436 <br /> Lockeford, CA 95237 <br /> RE:ROUTINE BI-ANNUAL INSPECTION <br /> Inspection Date: March 1, 2007 <br /> Location: 17251 N. Tretheway Rd., Lockeford, CA <br /> Permit I.D.: PT0000073 <br /> Record I.D.: PR0420066 <br /> A routine bi-annual inspection was conducted at the sewage package treatment plant on <br /> March 1, 2007. The following was observed and noted upon inspection; <br /> 1. The gate was locked upon inspection. <br /> 2. No odors were detected within plant area(s) and perimeter(s) . <br /> 3. Skimmers appeared to be clogged. Remove scum layers and maintain on a regular <br /> basis. According to records provided to the Environmental Health Department the <br /> solids have not been pumped on a regular basis. The last receipt shown <br /> demonstrates that the system was last pumped in September of 2006. Provide a <br /> regular pumping service to maintain the system. <br /> 4. At the main distribution box it was observed that two outlets directed to seepage <br /> pit area(s) to the east, installed under permit#71-598 were blocked at main <br /> junction. The pits do not appear to be in use at this time. <br /> 5. Weeds were observed at aeration basin. Maintain weed control in this area. <br /> Package Treatment Plant area(s) appeared to be free of weeds and debris. <br /> Continue to maintain all area(s). Items unrelated to operation and maintenance of <br /> the plant shall not to be stored within plant area(s), e.g.; vehicles, boats and <br /> recreational vehicles due to potential encroachment to sewage disposal areas(s). <br />
