Each deferred submittal <br /> shall be submitted, reviewed and approved by SSJCFA prior to installation- <br /> b. Include the occupancy classification, occupant load, use and storage within the `Shop'. <br /> Depending on classiFcations and commodities stored,Fre service water may be required- <br /> 2. Applications received by our offices are subject to the current fee schedule for South San Joaquin <br /> County Fire Authority. <br /> a. Application processing fees end to in itnum plan review fees are due at time of submittal of <br /> i construction documents. <br /> b. Additional plan review fees,minimum inspection fees and administrative fees are calculated <br /> on approval of project and shall be paid prior to issuance of permit. <br /> c. Permit holder is responsible for any additional inspection fees incurred, and shall be paid <br /> prior to Fnal inspection. <br /> 3. Prior to construction, all Fre apparatus access roads shall be installed. Fire apparatus access roads <br /> during construction shall have a minimum 20' unobstructed width in accordance with CFC §503. <br /> 4. All hydrants, if any, shall be installed, inspected and tested prior to bringing combustible materials <br /> onsite. <br /> 5. Gates shall ba equipped with traffic preempting optical signal receivers compatible with the emitters <br /> used by the Fire Department, which will activate the gates and override all command functions of <br /> South San Joaquin County Piro Authority --- <br />
