Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the owner.The owner informed me that the fired started outside and it went inside the back <br /> of he building.The fire started about 1 am.There is no electricity.There is no refrigeration.There is a meat department inside <br /> the grocery/convenient store operated by another person.The owner of the meat department is not at the site right now.They <br /> are waiting for insurance and clean up company at this time. <br /> All the potentially hazardous food/perishable food must be discarded because it is not being refrigerated and have been <br /> without refrigeration for many hours. The liquor storage room is located on the back of the building, on the north-east, and the <br /> fired was on the south-east. Some of the liquor must be inspected for quality since the heat could have affected it. In the front <br /> of the store there are sandwiches, ice cream and milk.These and other potentially hazardous foods must be discarded.) <br /> called and spoke with the owner of the meat department and informed him that all potentially hazardous food/perishable food <br /> have to be discarded because there is no refrigeration due to no electricity.
