Robert <br /> 15 <br /> McClellon informed Jeff Stuit that the EHD had received a complaint regarding <br /> 16 <br /> his solid waste collection operation. Mr. Stuit asked for specifics. Robert <br /> 17 <br /> McClellon explained that the EHD would need to make an inspection to <br /> 18 <br /> determine if the solid waste collection operation is in violation of San <br /> 19 <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code. An inspection date was set for March 20, 2003 <br /> 20 <br /> at 10:00 AM <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> On March 20, 2003, Robert McClellon arrived at Roos Ranches, located at <br /> 23 <br /> 23313 Highland Ave, Ripon, California. Robert McClellon spoke with Mr. Stuit <br /> 24 <br /> and provided a copy of the Ordinance Code. The inspection revealed that the <br /> 25 <br /> solid waste collection operation is in violation of the ordinance code and <br /> - 1 <br />
