Therefore, <br />to meet Corrective Action No. 3, the Association will be making application for permitting of a private well and <br />water system to serve their non-public water system use. <br />We appreciate the SJC EHD's consideration of this information and we will be assisting the Association in <br />making application to the SJC EHD for construction and equipping a private well.
